Coach Chandler Dalke was named Offensive Coordinator in March 2023.

Chandler entered his first season at Independence as the Assistant Defensive Backs Coach/Practice and Game Film Coordinator. Prior to his time at Independence, Chandler spent four seasons at Ball State University. His first two seasons at Ball State University were spent with the equipment staff, while his second two seasons were spent as the Special Teams Quality Control and Defensive Quality Control Coach. During his time at Ball State University, Chandler spent three seasons with the Defensive Backs and had the opportunity to work with two All-Conference DBs and former NFL player, Coach Chevis Jackson (now DB Coach at Kansas University) and Coach David Elson (now DC at Marian University).

Chandler is from Fishers, Indiana and played football at Hamilton Southeastern High School. He is the son of Jeff and Beth Dahlke and younger brother to Connor Dahlke.
