Lady Pirates Fall To Beavers

PRATT, Kan. - The Independence Lady Pirates returned to conference play looking to put one in the win column against the Pratt Beavers. The Lady Pirates would fight hard all the way through, but drop the match in straight sets 22-25, 23-25, 24-26. 

The road loss dropped Independence to a record of 5-10 overall and 2-4 in conference play. The Lady Pirates return to action on Monday September 24 at ICC Field House hosting the Hutchinson Blue Dragons with first serve set for 6:30.
