Last nights game was one that the Lady Pirates let slip away. In a devastating 59-58 overtime loss to the Barton County Cougars. The Lady Pirates opened the game up and hit shot after shot, but as the night continued on, those hot shooters became cold and the Pirates started to struggle offensively. The Lady Pirates just came up short in the overtime and couldnt find off the Cougars. The Lady Pirates were lead by Sophomore Jaynee Alston with 15 points and Freshman Erica Moore with 13 points. 

The Lady Pirates will hit the road on Sartuday as they travel to Cowley County and take on the Lady Tigers. The tip is set for 2:30pm.
