Wednesday Night the Lady Pirates went into Pratt Community College craving a win. The Lady Pirates who are now 5-9 in conference play did just that. They came out in the first quarter up 13-6 on the Beavers. From then on the Lady Pirates never looked back and crused to a 67-49 win over the Beavers. Lady Pirates were lead by freshman Erica Moore with 17 points and sophomore Jaynee Alston with 16 points. Along side the guard duo, freshman Alek Akuen picked up another double-double to her name, finishing with 10 points and 13 rebound. 

The Lady Pirates are back in action Saturday night as they welcome in their rivals Coffeyville Red Ravens. Game time is set for 4pm.
