Emmit Gooden 

The Tennessee Vols picked up a big win Saturday and Emmit Gooden was impressive recording three tackles in a 14-3 victory over the Charlotte 49ers. 

Tennessee (4-5) is a home next week hosting the Kentucky Wildcats. 

Delrick Abrams 

The Colorado Buffaloes dropped another game on Friday night, but Delrick Abrams kept on shining recording five tackles in a 42-34 loss to Arizona. 

Colorado (5-4) returns home next week to take on the Washington State Cougars. 

Calvin Jackson 

Washington State was victorious Saturday in a tight game and former Independence receiver Calvin Jackson contributed making three receptions for 27 yards in a 19-13 win over California. 

Washington State (8-1) is on the road next week in Boulder to take on the Colorado Buffaloes. 

DJ Williams 

Utah State picked up a huge victory Saturday and DJ Williams added to his season total with two tackles in a 56-17 win over Hawaii. 

Utah State (8-1) returns home next week to take on the San Jose State Spartans. 

Carlos Thompson 

The Missouri Western State Griffons picked up a win Saturday and Carlos Thompson hauled in one catch for 20 yards in a 25-17 victory over the Nebraska-Kearney Lopers. 

Missouri Western State (6-4) returns home next week to host the Lindenwood Lions.
