The Independence Community College Cheerleaders took part in the annual Veterans Day Parade in downtown Independence, Kansas. The squad was one of approximately 60 entiries in the parade that marched north on Penn avenue. The parade featured the American Legion Riders, current active and reserve men and women in the armed services. 

Following the parade the Cheer squad helped lead the fans in supporting the Pirates defeat Coffeyville Community college in the final regular season football game of the year, a game in which ICC beat CCC 27-22.

The Cheer can be seen at every home basketball game of the season.
