Pirates' Upset Bid Comes Up Short Against Indian Hills

OTTTUMWA, Iowa – Looking for their first win of the season, the Independence Pirates took on the #12 Indian Hills Warriors in their second game of the Indian Hills Classic. The Pirates improved and play much better, but came up just short of victory falling 58-53. 

Independence (0-2) plays at ICC Field House Tuesday November 6th for the home opener against the Labette Cardinals with tipoff set for 8 pm.
